I. The “Getting Started” Site Consult Sometimes it can be a challenge knowing where and how to start your songbird and/or pollinator-friendly garden. Christina is happy to get you started with a preliminary site plan so you are ready for the fun stuff, purchasing the native species most suited for your site! Christina will recommend sources for native species in the closest proximity and will facilitate the overall process based upon contacts she has developed in the field. * Fee for service
II. LEAF ( Local Enhancement and Appreciaton of Forests) Site Consult NOW BOOKING Spring 2011 site consults for native shrubs and trees.

It includes the opportunity for site consults by certifed arborists. LEAF is familiar with the planting style and the shrub and tree species Project CHIRP promotes in an effort to begin to restore what we have lost, providing much needed songbird and pollinator habitat in urban settings. LEAF site consults are presently available for homeowners residing in the following regions; Toronto, Southern York Region, Central and Northern York Region Please visit their website, www.yourleaf.org * Fee for service however LEAF is subsidized.

Consults for Ravine Properties or Properties Lying in Close Proximity to Large Green Spaces ( i.e parks ) Project CHIRP! would be happy to put you in touch with an individual who specializes in knowing how to re-link these fragmented private properties up with the existing watersheds and park systems. *Fee is very reasonable.
Canadian Wildlife Federation Certification of Songbird Habitat Once you have incorporated the elements of habitat necessary to support songbirds, please contact Christina. Christina is happy to assist you with the certification process.
